Refund & Return Policy

Last Updated: May 2026

1. Return Window

We aim to ensure you have a professional purchasing experience. You may request a return or swap for catalog parts within a strictly enforced 30 calendar days window beginning from the exact date your shipping carrier documents successful delivery. Return requests opened after 30 days are automatically declined.

2. Return Eligibility & Condition

CRITICAL UNPACKING CLAUSE: To qualify for refunds, auto parts must be in 100% new, uninstalled, and unmodified condition, packed inside their original manufacturer box containing all documentation and accessory gaskets.

Returned parts are physically inspected at our central receiving hubs. Returns are strictly rejected and returned at owner expense if:

  • The component shows physical marks, grease, or mounting scratches indicating it has been bolted onto a vehicle.
  • Fluids (e.g. motor oil, power steering fluid) have been pumped or poured into the component casing.
  • The original manufacturer retail packaging is missing, labeled with shipping tags, or heavily written on (always pack the part box inside a shipping box).

3. Electrical Components Exclusion

Due to their high susceptibility to immediate electrical damage, voltage spikes, and improper grounding, all electrical parts (including but not limited to ECUs, MAF sensors, wiring kits, relays, alternators, and ignition coils) are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE once the manufacturer's heat-sealed shrink wrap or tape seal has been broken.

Please double-check vehicle fitment parameters using our compatibility engine *before* unsealing electrical auto supplies.

4. Core Return & Refund Process

Certain rebuildable remanufactured parts (such as steering racks, engine blocks, or starters) carry a temporary deposit charge known as a Core Charge. To retrieve this deposit:

  1. Completely drain all fluids from the replaced, worn-out automotive component.
  2. Place the old core securely inside the exact same manufacturer retail box that your new part arrived in.
  3. Package the core box inside a suitable shipping container.
  4. Ship the core back to our core sorting facility within 45 days of initial delivery.
  5. The core must be rebuildable and complete (no cracked housings, sheared mounting tabs, or disassembled components).

5. Shipping Fees & Restocking Charges

  • Return Shipping costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs on general returns. We highly advise shipping packages using a trackable service with shipping insurance.
  • Restocking Fees: Standard returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to offset inspection, packaging restoration, and re-shelving.
  • Incorrect Item Fulfilled: If the error is ours (e.g. shipping a part differing from your ordered SKU), we will supply a pre-paid shipping label and waive all restocking fees.

6. How to Start a Return

To trigger an automated return or submit an RMA request, please perform the following instructions:

  1. Sign in to your account dashboard and navigate to the Orders list.
  2. Identify your specific purchase row and select "File RMA / Request Return".
  3. Check the items you wish to return, input the reason, and print your generated Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) ticket.
  4. Include the printed RMA ticket directly inside your shipping package. Packages arriving at our warehouses without active RMA slips will be rejected.
